It also allows members to collaborate but also allows you to lock that feature. I've personally done this. People that visit the site can still make "suggestions" on names they find. I'll update in Legacy then re-upload the database with the new information.<BR/><BR/>Yes, it takes a little extra time to do it...well more than a little...but I guess I have trouble letting that database out of my sight and control.
