Here are a sampling of the entry form responses.

1. Why I should attend RootsTech.
With the technology in family history advancement so fast I would like to attend the convention.  As a family history consultant I need to keep up with all of the changes available.
To learn new ways to research and to learn about the latest techniques and keep me informed so I can help others as well as myself.  Also to learn from hands on workshops and presentations given.
As president of the Seattle Genealogical Society, I am looking for ways to increase our membership and increase our "connectivity" with our members. As a genealogist and semi-nerd, I'm always looking to learn more about how new technologies can improve my research.
2. My First choice in Sessions I want to attend.
I would like to attend the session where the Future of FamilySearch Family Tree presentation will be given.
Don't Do Genealogy Alone.
Janet Hovorka's session on "Advocating Genealogy and Growing the Market: Issues of the New Genealogist." I'm hoping this discussion will help me figure out how to get more "newbies" to join the Seattle Genealogical Society.
3. My Second choice in Sessions I want to attend.
The session where the Digitizing Your Way to Organization presentation is given.
Inspiring Ways to Capture the Interest of the Non-Genealogists in Your Life
Torrill Johnsen's session on "A Genealogical Society Using Social Media." I have an SGS President's Blog and we have a Facebook page, but only a fraction of our members visit them.
4. What are your plans for the evening?
Special Events, Research the night away at the Family History Library

6. Did you attend RootsTech last year? If so, what was your favorite part?
No.
No.
No. I was there about 10 days before RootsTech, but heard from several SGS attendees that it was a great conference.

Please enter ONLY if you plan on attending RootsTech on February 2-4, 2012.

See ya tomorrow, for tomorrow is always another genealogy!
