New and Improved Training for the new FamilySearch

The following is from FamilySearch.

11 September 2009

To: Family History Consultants in English Speaking Wards and Branches

We are pleased to announce that the new FamilySearch online training course has been updated. The new course is more streamlined, and the content has been modified to reflect recent changes in the new.familysearch.org Web site, such as the addition of a new Temple Ordinance Reservation list and process. This new course also contains viewable demos with printable handouts and practice exercises.

We ask that all family history consultants, family history center directors, and all those with family history–related callings review and study the material in this new online course.

To view the new course, sign in to new.familysearch.org. Go to the Help Center, click on the Training and Resources tab, and click on E-learning Courses. Scroll down to the Family History Consultant – New FamilySearch Instruction section and click on the New FamilySearch course title link.

Sincerely,

FamilySearch
