Provo City Center Temple Open House Tickets Still Available

The following is from The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Nearly 180,000 people have toured the Provo City Center Temple of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints since tours began in early January, and hundreds of thousands more are expected before its dedication in March. However, tickets are still available for the public open house that runs through March 5, 2016.
Tours begin at 7 a.m. daily, except Sunday. The last tour begins Monday at 6:30 p.m. and Tuesday through Saturday at 9 p.m.
Reservations to tour the temple can be made online or by calling 855-537-2000, and standby tickets are also available. Lines are typically shorter in the morning and afternoon, and you can check the current standby wait time here.

The Provo City Center Temple is the second temple for the Church in Provo and the 16th temple in Utah. Once dedicated, it will become the 150th operating temple for the Church worldwide. It’s located in the heart of the city at the intersection of University Avenue and 100 South.
When The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints builds a new temple, the sacred building is opened for public tours. Anyone can attend this open house. After that, the temple is formally dedicated and is open only to Church members who are actively engaged in the faith.
During an open house, visitors learn more about the purpose of temples and why they are important to Latter-day Saints. The open house experience begins with a short introductory video, and then a volunteer tour guide takes visitors into the temple.
